About our development services

How much does a website cost?

A professional website starts from $2,000. The final price depends on the number of pages, languages, e-commerce features and integrations you need. After a short call we send you a fixed quote, so you know the full cost before any work starts.

How long does it take to build a website?

A standard business website usually takes a few weeks from approval to launch. Larger projects such as online stores, multilingual sites or custom platforms take longer. The exact timeline and milestones are agreed in writing in your proposal.

Will my website be mobile-friendly and SEO-ready?

Yes. Every website we build is fully responsive, fast and built on a clean, search-friendly structure with proper titles, descriptions, structured data and sitemaps. We can also build it in multiple languages, including English, Turkish and Hebrew, so you can reach customers in different markets.

Do I own my website and its source code?

Yes. After full payment, you own the deliverables created specifically for you, including the source code. BaronDEV’s reusable tools and components are licensed to you so the system keeps working without restrictions.

Are domain and hosting included?

Domain, hosting, premium themes and paid plugins are billed separately unless your proposal says otherwise. We can register and set everything up for you, or work with your existing provider.

What are your payment terms?

Unless agreed otherwise, projects are invoiced 50% when you approve the proposal and 50% before the site or system goes live. Monthly services such as AI plans are billed in advance.

How much does app development cost?

App development starts from $1,600. We build web applications, mobile-friendly apps, SaaS products and admin dashboards. The price depends on features, user roles and integrations, and we always quote before we build.

Can you build custom software for my business?

Yes. Custom software starts from $2,500. We build CRMs, customer portals, booking systems, management panels and internal tools around the way your team actually works, with clear milestones and long-term support.

What business processes can you automate?

Almost any repetitive task: lead and order handling, CRM updates, invoices, notifications, approvals, reports and data transfers between apps through APIs. Automation starts from $700 and typically saves teams many hours every week while reducing manual errors.

What AI solutions do you offer?

We build AI assistants, document processing, classification and AI-powered automations that work inside your existing tools. AI plans start from $50 per month. AI output should always be reviewed by a person before important business use.

Do you provide support after launch?

Yes. We stay with you after launch for maintenance, updates, security fixes and new features. Ongoing maintenance can be included in a monthly plan or quoted per request.

Do I need to provide the content and images?

You can provide your own texts and images, or our sister department Ocean can write the copy and create the visuals for you. Either way, the site only goes live after your written approval.

General questions about websites

Do I need a website if I already have social media pages?

Yes. Social media platforms own your page and can change their rules or reach at any time, while your website is fully yours. A website appears in Google searches, builds trust, explains your services in detail and turns visitors into enquiries 24 hours a day. Social media works best when it sends people to your website.

What is the difference between a domain, hosting and a website?

The domain is your address on the internet, such as yourcompany.com. Hosting is the server where your website files live so people can reach them. The website is the design, content and code that visitors actually see. You need all three for a working site.

What is SSL (HTTPS), and why does my site need it?

SSL encrypts the connection between your website and its visitors, shown by the padlock and https:// in the browser. Without it, browsers warn visitors that the site is not secure and Google may rank it lower. Every modern website, especially one with forms or payments, should use HTTPS.

How fast should a website load?

Ideally, the main content should appear in about two to three seconds, even on a mobile connection. Many visitors leave slow sites before they load, and Google uses page experience signals such as Core Web Vitals in its rankings. Optimised images, good hosting and clean code make the biggest difference.

What is responsive design?

A responsive website automatically adapts its layout to every screen size, from phones and tablets to large monitors. Since most visitors now browse on their phones, and Google evaluates the mobile version of your site first, responsive design is essential.

Should I choose a custom website or a template / website builder?

Templates and builders are quick and cheap to start, but they can be slower, look similar to competitors and limit what you can add later. A custom website is designed around your brand and goals, loads faster, is easier to optimise for Google and can grow with your business.

Which pages should a business website have?

At minimum: a home page, an about page, a page for each main service or product, a contact page and legal pages such as the privacy policy. Separate pages for each service are especially valuable, because each one can rank in Google for its own keywords.

What makes a website turn visitors into customers?

A clear message that explains what you offer and why you are the right choice, strong calls to action, fast loading, easy navigation, trust signals such as reviews and examples of your work, and simple ways to get in touch, such as short forms, phone and WhatsApp buttons.

How often should a website be updated?

Software, plugins and security updates should be applied regularly, ideally every month. Content should be refreshed whenever your services, prices or team change, and adding new pages or articles over time helps your site stay relevant in search results.

What is the difference between a website and a web application?

A website mainly presents information, such as your services and contact details. A web application lets users do things: log in, book appointments, place orders, manage data or use a dashboard. Many modern business sites combine both.

Do I need a multilingual website?

If your customers speak different languages, or you want to reach tourists or international markets, a multilingual website brings in more visitors and enquiries. Each language version can also rank separately in Google, which expands your reach in every market you target.
