These Terms & Conditions govern the use of this website and the services provided by Baron Digital through its departments expert IT, BaronDEV and Ocean — Media & Marketing.
By using this website or ordering a service you agree to these terms. If you act on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it.
Submitting a form is an enquiry, not a binding contract. A contract is formed when Baron Digital issues a written proposal, order confirmation or statement of work (SOW) and you accept it. Where the accepted proposal differs from these terms, the proposal prevails.
Prices shown as “starting from” are entry prices for a standard scope. The final price depends on your requirements and is confirmed in the proposal. Prices are in US dollars and exclude VAT and other taxes unless stated otherwise.
Third-party costs — such as domains, hosting, licences, advertising budgets and paid tools — are billed separately unless they are included in writing.
Unless agreed otherwise, projects are invoiced 50% on approval and 50% before go-live. Monthly services and subscriptions are billed in advance. Late payment may lead to suspension of work or services after written notice.
You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, content, access and approvals. Delays caused by missing input may move delivery dates and are not a breach by Baron Digital.
Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately and starts only after your written approval.
After full payment, you own the deliverables created specifically for you. Baron Digital keeps ownership of its pre-existing tools, libraries, frameworks and know-how and grants you a licence to use them as part of the deliverables. Third-party and open-source components remain under their own licences. We may show completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Both parties keep the other party’s non-public information confidential and use it only for the purpose of the engagement.
We perform our services with professional skill and care. Except where the law requires otherwise, we do not guarantee specific business results such as rankings, sales or lead volumes. Our total liability under an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Monthly services renew automatically until cancelled with 30 days’ written notice, subject to any minimum term in the proposal. Either party may terminate for a material breach that is not remedied within 14 days of written notice. Work completed up to termination remains payable.
You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, or submit unlawful, misleading or harmful content.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes are subject to the competent courts at Baron Digital’s registered office, unless mandatory consumer law in your country provides otherwise.

In addition to the general terms above, the following conditions apply to each service.
expert IT
Starting from $35 per month. Support covers setup, troubleshooting and maintenance of the agreed computers, hardware, software, Microsoft 365 services, servers and network equipment. Replacement parts, hardware, licences (including Microsoft licences, billed per user and period) and data recovery from failed disks are quoted separately and are subject to the manufacturer’s or publisher’s terms. Server and network changes are planned and approved in advance where possible, and planned maintenance may cause short downtime. Valid licences and backups remain your responsibility unless backup management is part of the agreement; please back up important files before work begins.
Starting from $30 per month. We set up, monitor and test backups as agreed. Recovery depends on the schedule and retention you choose; data created after the last successful backup cannot be restored. We recommend restore tests at least every quarter.
BaronDEV
Prices start from $2,500 for a standard scope. Scope, milestones and acceptance criteria are defined in the statement of work. Ownership of the source code passes to you after full payment, except BaronDEV’s reusable components, which are licensed to you.
Prices start from $700 per automation scope. Automations rely on third-party APIs; changes, limits or outages of those platforms are outside our control, and adapting to them may be billed separately.
Prices start from $2,000 for a standard website. Domain, hosting, premium themes, plugins and maintenance are billed separately unless included. You provide the content and images, or we quote content creation. The site goes live after your written approval.
Prices start from $1,600 for a standard scope. App-store fees, developer accounts and third-party services are your responsibility. Store approval is decided by Apple and Google; we assist with resubmissions within the agreed scope.
Plans start from $50 per month, billed monthly in advance. AI output can be inaccurate and must be reviewed by a person before business use. Provider usage costs above the plan allowance are billed separately.
Ocean
Starting from $80 per month. Strategies and plans are delivered as documents and workshops. Results depend on market conditions and implementation, so specific revenue is not guaranteed.
Starting from $170 per month plus platform fees. Management fees are separate from your media budget, which is paid directly to the platforms or invoiced at cost. Ad approval and delivery are controlled by the platforms. The minimum campaign term is stated in the proposal.
Starting from $200 per month. The package includes the agreed number of concepts and revision rounds. Full rights to the final approved logo and brand assets transfer to you after payment. Trademark searches and registration are not included unless agreed.
Starting from $180 per month. You receive ownership of, or a licence to, the final content as defined in the proposal. Stock media and music are subject to their providers’ licences. Additional revision rounds are billed separately.
Starting from $160 per month. Search rankings are decided by search engines and cannot be guaranteed. We follow best-practice guidelines and never use techniques that risk penalties. Results usually take three to six months.
Starting from $265 per month. A specific number or quality of leads is not guaranteed unless agreed as a performance target in the proposal. Lead follow-up and closing sales remain your responsibility.
Starting from $120 per month. You confirm that you have the right to contact the people in your lists. Email-platform subscriptions are billed separately. Deliverability depends on list quality and provider policies.

Starting from $200 per month. Content calendars are approved by you before publishing. You remain the owner of your accounts; platform rules, reach changes and restrictions imposed by the platforms are outside our control.
